Pros

1) Salary will get credited on time. 31st of every month. 2) Supporting teams such as Admin, Facility, HR, IT, Security teams are excellent. 3) Touch wood, company is too good. It has bright future and growth. After Sheenam (MD) joining, she has eliminate unwanted rules and regulations. Under her strong leadership company is doing awesome. I wish, she should focus on removing tenured resources in middle management (SVP and VP) in F&A from Hyderabad and remove their dominance.

Cons

1) Middle management is really worst. 2 aged people are occupied SVP and VP designation from Hyderabad in F&A domain from last 15 years. They expect everything should work based on their wish and special benifits will be given only for their obedient resources who obey them and speak telugu. If anyone want to survive and stay for longer period with good growth in this company, must and should know telugu language because middle management is in unethical people's hand from hyderabad. 2) There is least growth for Bangalore F&A resources. Specifically in GL, AP team, SVP is not at all interested in nurturing, training, creating leaders in Bangalore. He believes that if manage multiple teams he can survive but whoever work so hard from Bangalore, they will be pushed or pressurized to leave the company and he can manage entry level resources.
