Pros

Salary on time. This is only one pros

Cons

1. High Stress Levels: The workload can be intense, with frequent pressure to meet deadlines, often extending into weekends and extra hours. Java developers, in particular, are required to do week-long production support shifts every two months, covering 12-hour days from Monday to Sunday. 2. Nepotism Concerns: There is a noticeable trend of favoritism, especially towards Telugu-speaking employees. This can sometimes lead to non-Telugu employees feeling overlooked and unfairly burdened. 3. Work-Life Balance: The expectation to work on weekends and beyond regular hours makes achieving work-life balance challenging. There is often an expectation to be available for support and fixes outside of standard hours, adding stress. 4. Management: Some managers tend to be overly demanding and may create a toxic atmosphere, which can impact employee morale and overall job satisfaction. 5. Limited Salary Hikes: Annual salary increases are minimal, and with the added pressure, it often feels like the compensation doesn't match the workload or stress level. Please don't join this company else you will regret after join
