Pros

Pay and benefits is well above average. Usually lower level leadership tries their best but hands are tied

Cons

The pay is good but they will get their pound of flesh. Many night and weekend work along with the usual working hours with no comp time. High turnover in middle to higher level leadership. Layoffs multiple times a year. Toxic culture, higher level managers will talk down to you. All managers with any sense and aren't yes people are pushed out. While they make money, that is literally all they care about and things continue to get worse as far as tools, infrastructure and process.
