Pros

I've been working here for 5 years. Being a TAM and working with PT platform was the best opportunity for me as it's given me a lot of experience either in pure trading technologies (such as HFT trading) and the technical aspects of the modern trading business (connectivity specifics, algorithms, trading system architectures). During the last 5 years, I've been working with big European banks, hedge funds and prop shops as Client Relationship Manager with ownership of all the trading processes on a software side. This is a very unique experience, I doubt I would get it anywhere else in the world.

Cons

Working in the trading business is tough. Sometimes it can be stressful but it's worth it.
