We take such feedback seriously and are committed to improving clarity and direction across our teams. Regarding your mention of the Great Place to Work certification, we want to clarify that this certification is not procured. It is based solely on anonymous feedback provided by our associates. Pros

Tech atmosphere, good vibes, work life balance. Hyderabad and Bangalore

Cons

this is fun part, patrons like managers & above rule this place like their own kingdom. They decide who goes where, how much to pay, micro manage things to keep their position alive. This is particularly in India offices. HR's I see have less on their plate.
