Broadridge Senior Programmer Analyst reviews

Management in India is not worth enough discussing. They run by their own rules, They want appreciation from clients, which is again Broadridge company but US managers. Even managers in US propose a promotion but they don't take it. So there is no matching to their words. More over, a manager says that you cannot beg for promotion, it should be given. After working 6 years there and worked in many locations and worked with clients directly and they provided an excellent feed back. Felt terrible after talking about my promotion.

Not much to complain about except only one point. Not much of growth opportunities.
