Pros

Donuts- management will buy you donuts. Compensation is ok, but other benefits like health care are pretty good. Career opportunities were pretty good, if you know the right people. So make friends from the start.

Cons

Management is seriously dysfunctional. Senior management seems to have it together, but middle management is stuck in some 1980s film of how an ill-equipped old boys club runs an entire department into the ground. My direct manager barely knew how to use the product we were supporting. In fact, he had trouble turning on his own computer from time to time. This made things difficult when I had questions. We were forced to seek out other managers for assistance. The team was a joke- at one point, the team consisted almost entirely of young girls that management proceeded to harass and use as bait. These poor girls are just out of college- and most of them now believe this is a normal work environment. So sad.

Don't work here.

Pros

This place doesn't have any pros, unless you have a boss who has a life outside of paper, but good luck with that.

Cons

This place is filled with incompetent people whose lives revolve around paper-pushing. You will never leave early, and be frowned upon if you don't stay late. Sexism and perverts run rampant here, including senior level executives (hitting on and trying to take advantage of new young girls).

Pros

Company has good benefits and perks. Trying to stay ahead of the curve with their products and technology. They are working on a bigger product line so there is the opportunity to be exposed to more then just the financial side of the business.

Cons

Would rather pay a lower salary instead retaining experienced employees. If you work their more then 10 year you need to watch your back. They will bring in someone with less experience and pay a lower wage. They have become a typical company that is sending a lot of their jobs overseas to save a buck
