Cons

- Made aware of a fabricated complaint filed by a peer - Wasn't approached by anyone from HR, and instead fired via phone call with no explanation

Pros

Decent Work Life Balance is possible.

Cons

Run like a family business in a negative way. Length of time employed and personal relationships within this company is valued more than competence and potential. Salary and growth of salary is terrible.

Thanks for your feedback and being part of the Broadridge family. We work hard to strike a balance between providing our associates with salary and benefits that are competitive with those offered in the marketplace and meeting our business needs and regulatory requirements. Our associates receive an attractive competitive total compensation package, which includes not only salary and health benefits, but also retirement and long-term incentives, a vacation flex plan, childcare back-up program and child daycare center discount, matching gift program, identity theft protection, and more. You can learn more about your total compensation on BR Central. We want to hear more about your feedback, if you feel like your manager is not providing you with the support you need, consider finding a mentor or speaking with your HR Business Partner. Alternatively, reach out to us at talent.acquisition@broadridge.com so we can learn more about your experience.
