Pros

Salary is in line with market conditions

Cons

Read glassdoor reviews before starting a role, read about bullying happening. And guess what, its actually true. If you dont laugh with or totally agree with management then you are ostracized so you leave. The company promotes collaboration and working as a team for knowledge building. If anything the culture is toxic which is fostered by Management. Mgmt pit employees against each other rather than working with each other as a team.
