Pros

Opportunity to work hard and with a team. Many great and super smart co-workers Good well-known clients Newer Office space Average salary Updated benefits package to bring it to more industry standard Free parking

Cons

Despite recent organizational changes, technology continues to lack with the Direxxis core product. Difficult to work when employees were kept in the dark during the sale of the company Lack of stability with the new corporate environment Too many unknowns during the transition to new company, executive team cannot provide any answers or relief Painfully, the hard-working employees got little to no benefit when Direxxis was sold Other real employee reviews stated consistently that management tried to hide things Sadly there were many “anonymous” very positive reviews, why be anonymous if you only have GREAT things to say about Direxxis? I am nervous I will be reprimanded for adding this honest review

Pros

I was a nice atmosphere to work in. The dress code is business casual. They have a good work/life attitude. If you needed time off to take care of a sick spouse it was granted. They also had good benefits including health and life insurance, 401k, legal services and employee discounts to AT&T, Dell and more.

Cons

The home office is on the east coast. It felt sometimes like the office in Wheat Ridge was treated like the appendix. Part of the body but not really necessary. Decisions were made without consulting us or seemingly caring how it affected us.
