Pros

It may be good for new college graduates and single people without any lives, other wise if you have family you can say good bye to family life or any other activity during the weekdays or the weekends

Cons

poor management, no processes or schedule work. Everything is chaotic, Worst manager I worked with who thinks its a third world country and treats people with no respect at all. Manager should be trained on how corporate America works, these foreign managers have very little know how about the American culture
