Pros

exposure to technical side of financial softwares such as Impact and Finance Pro, good benefits, create great contacts with clients over time

Cons

poorly managed, training is available if you train yourself, office politics ruin the atmosphere, people who deserve promotions don't get the recognition they deserve.

Pros

Professional and high skilled team. Newest technologies and practices. Managers trust in engineers so it possible to implement good designed and well tests soft without constant battle for deadlines. Good atmosphere within team.

Cons

Office is cheap, coffee corner is small. No video conference room. Workstation is power enough, but you cannot have more than two 19" monitors.
