      Pros

      A strong company with solid fundamentals and aggressive ideas.

      Cons

      People who are hanging around like dead weight. Want to quote an old time long tenured person from HR team who doesn't care for people and would not want to care for her work. Makes people run around and doesn't know her work. She is mostly unavailable at office, she must be best partner of HR head in all fouls for sooo many years now. Only big and positive change in HR team recently was to bring in a guy who is an outsider at senior level.
