      Great benefits, good pay, good leadership. Did not let anyone go during Covid, and was very flexible and understanding during the volatile times.

      Cons

      Once working from home, felt unimportant and not rewarding. Had autonomy but did not feel important or challenged. Did not feel there was much opportunity for advancement.
