      Pros

      pay is just okay; not great at all. That's the best I can come up with. No real other reason to push hard; they don't support or listen anyway.

      Cons

      - decisions made at top then supporting data is garnered. ALOT of politics. - in 2.5 years I've had my accounts and territory changed 3x. quotas are a dart throw. - paychecks don't explain how they arrived at your commission and management is totally unresponsive to inquiries or requests for customer help. ...they drive the ambitiion out of you eventually

      - Management is good - They will listen to your ideas. - Encouragement is there. - Lots of things you can learn if you put interest. - Good benefits program - Study/tuition fee reimbursement -Good work/life balance -Cutting edge technology

      - Not that great hikes/packages.

      Pros

      Allocated Volunteer Time Off, relatively new campus buildings, play grounds between buildings, some of the best engineers in industry to work with if you get in right team

      Cons

      Seems like falling behind in all areas in competitive Silicon Valley - used to be one of the best place to be at during last decade. Cost cutting is probably going too far.
