      Pros

      Good pay and benefits, sharp co-workers, good dedication to customers, good products, nice headquarters facility, good support for working from home.

      Cons

      I was there 11 years, and work/life balance was always a problem. High-tech company, so regular product churn. Culture had changed significantly. Senior management wasn't sufficiently nimble.

      Pros

      Great collaboration between Pre-sales teams and Product Management. Progressive thinking, with the move toward SDN and acquisitions to help get us there quicker. Great leadership team, now that we've brought in an ex engineer as our CEO vs a sales guy, things are moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Spotty code quality can cause a lot of work for the pre-sales teams, though it's getting better. Name recognition, or lack there of, when trying to sell into the business world.
