      In the early days, there was passion and fire, hoping it's still there.

      Senior level politics began to stop many from adding their 'full' voice in employee development.

      Smart people Very knowledgeable in their industry Very few closed doors Great relations with their customers

      Cons

      - Feels like two companies rolled into one. SAN switch and LAN switching. Synergies hard to see. - People can be. Stretched between too many similar products. Can be confusing and frustrating

      Pros

      Flexible schedule, decent pay and benefits and nice HQ buildings, which includes on-site cafeteria and gym....

      Cons

      Poor management style, hard to get promotion unless you are good at playing politics. A lot of "ready to retired" employees so they are not willing to change or implement new process. Work load is not distributed fairly so some groups have no down time, but some have too much down time.
