      Pros

      Great collaboration between Pre-sales teams and Product Management. Progressive thinking, with the move toward SDN and acquisitions to help get us there quicker. Great leadership team, now that we've brought in an ex engineer as our CEO vs a sales guy, things are moving in the right direction.

      Cons

      Spotty code quality can cause a lot of work for the pre-sales teams, though it's getting better. Name recognition, or lack there of, when trying to sell into the business world.

      Pros

      Great campus, great work/life balance, they still own the fibre channel market and always will (and that market isn't going away despite FUD to the contrary).

      Cons

      Management is more concerned about getting whatever revenue they can out of existing products rather than innovating with new products. They have not had any real success growing beyond the core fibre channel business; none of their many attempts have really taken off.
