New senior exec think they're changing to company around to "a new definition of success". That's a great sound bite but they're not fooling anyone. Tick tock!

Since the arrival of the new exec team over the past year, a culture of cronyism and fear has permeated the company. There's a complete lack of respect and transparency: outside of the new inner executive circle, everyone is treated like disposable widgets. Some will point to the nearly-doubled stock price as a counter-indicator, but it's easy to increase profitability by slashing expenses and squeezing everyone; increasing revenue requires hard work... Many of the best have already left the company; there will almost surely be an exodus of staff in the summer after the next stock vesting and semi-annual bonus payout.
