      Good People at working level, Old Executives in place too long, New Executives in it for themselves

      Pros

      Really nice facilities, People are good and have good intent. Low amount of politics at worker & manager level

      Cons

      Stove pipe culture is horrendous. Was exasperated by many of leadership team being in same role for too long. Everything has to get approved up the chain. New management is clearly trying to artificially raise the stock price with no concern of employees. No communication down, or listening to experts. Future is questionable, as they need to find a way to migrate customers from Hardware to virtual networks while Cisco works to delay or acquire dominant position

      Nice offices to rest at lunch time.

      Few people really work. Awards go to who can talk and please the boss.

      very flexible,WFH, OOO, remote work allowed- helped create relaxed atmosphere most people are very approachable

      Cons

      some people are hardly working there, management needs to weed those ppl out
