      Pros

      Good salaries, benefits and work/ life balance. Attention is given to attracting and retaining talent with perks, good environment, challenging work and fun. They are based in the Silicon Valley so they are competitive with other companies to attract top talent.

      Cons

      Brocade is in process of being acquired so the future is uncertain. There are a number of employees leaving, unmotivated, or otherwise disconnected

      Good culture and people. The campus is pretty recent and has a very nice gym, great cafeteria and Starbucks as well.

      Cons

      Got bought by Broadcom and is being split up into several business units for sale.
