Brock is behind in its tech stack and there is very limited investment in modern software. Anyone who is early in their career who wants to grow or innovate will find it hard to build skills that are transferrable. The company prides itself on being flat , but somehow if you have worked here for longer you get access to better benefits? Doesn’t seem flat to me! Atleast everyone is given the same amount of sick days (0). Nearly all senior managers are long term internal hires. They might know the company but most lack leadership experience and provide little direction or clearly defined goals. Most just echo the higher ups to save face because any pushback is not taken well.
