Brock is fine, but has it's glaring issues

Decent flexibility. Decent coworkers. Good opportunity to learn tech skills early in career. Profit Sharing.

Cons

Management at all levels above the people actually doing the work are not the greatest. Spend a lot of time asking you do do useless surveys and boards to measure productivity rather than actually let you do work. (The classic planning to plan) Benefits got cut to a humorously bad amount. Far bellow market salary. Don't see much opportunity for growth, seems like those that are at the top stay at the top and seems like there is really no mobility.

Pros

Good work life balance. The developers I work with are good people and very knowledgeable. Easy place to work.

Cons

Pay is under market. Benefits have gone downhill. Recently have updated the benefits, new hires within 5 years that are single will only receive around 1700$ in a FSA account. Don't expect to have great benefits for your entire family, or the pay to supplement them.
