Pros

Exceptional corporate leadership. This organization goes above and beyond to care for its team members. I was impressed with the latitude they give you to achieve your personal goals. Brock is a growing organization with a tremendous upside potential and they have key leaders in place that are driving success. This is an organization anyone would be happy to be a part of. I highly recommend Brock Solutions to anyone wanting to grow personally and professionally.

Cons

The onboarding process gives you the latitude to bring your talents to the table. However it could be improved by establishing left/right boundaries and then saying "go get 'em!"

Pros

Quick exposure to important roles, this is usually a result of not being able to retain top talent.

Cons

Management is blind or ignorant to the issues. Employees expected to work tons of hours, for little compensation, a carrot is constantly dangled, but believe me, the carrot is very small. People constantly leave and state compensation as a big reason, management denies that this is a problem, and ensures that it is "Industry average". A quick look at salary reviews above will confirm this is not the case. Company has a very high turnover rate. HR constantly attributes many employees to leave as "a bad fit" and do not include in their retention numbers. The company is divided in two camps, those with 5 or less years of experience, and those with 15 or more (lifers). Good place to gain experience, if you can get out before being too jaded.

Pros

The company is small enough that you'll be very involved in projects, which presents a lot of opportunity for growth. Free meals, laid back atmosphere.

Cons

Pay is anemic against industry averages. With the free meals, it's hard not to equate to "Working for peanuts." You'll be expected to work long extra hours for little to no compensation.
