Over 50 hours sometimes. And have to like by the company to do more than basic work

good co-workers good training helpful and knowledgeable owners

Cons

Scheduling will change day of and even at the end of the day making work life balance hard minimal opportunity for advancement a lot more work than what you are getting paid for mandatory sundays to make up for being closed on Jewish holidays
