The benefits are alright. Unlimited sick days

Cons

-Micromanaged, you have to sign out for bathroom breaks -It is a call center environment but they won't tell you that in the interview -Lack of training -Management is too busy in meetings to provide any support -Cold, dark, outdated office -Low pay, evenings, and weekends required
