No micro-managing in sales role - as long as you give them numbers Salary is good by industry standard Amazing people and supportive environment Great training system, always optional courses to take at any time to learn more.

Cons

Commission % could be higher. Still possible to make $2-$3k per month on top of base salary. Shouldn’t have to pay for benefits. No overtime pay.
