they give you $350 toward a (pre-approved) class or even sports equipment)

Cons

You are on a phone queue which never ever stops yet assign you a minimum of 5 (but musually much more)"activities" per day which you can never get to. You have a max of 10 mins between calls to document. Impossible quotas to make a bonus. You even have to mark off when you have to go to the bathroom. forget about getting a coffee as the calls keep coming. this is the worst kind of pressure -you are in a call centre with no hope in sight.
