Benefits were okay. Vacation time was standard. Co-workers were what made the job fun

- Promises made by management were broken multiple times regarding career pathing. They set up targets, objectives, and goals for switching to a different role. Even when these goals are met nothing changes and there are new goals to meet. - Pay is also less than what most other companies offer for the same workload
