Good benefits and support from management which is great. I feel like the pay is fair and they're pretty up front about compensation. If you're willing to learn, it certainly won't be boring

Cons

The licensing to become a broker can be quite strenuous but worth it as once you're licensed, it's something you have forever

Ok pay range for position benefits and additional Perks

Cons

High stress environment and workload , call centre , no time to breath in between calls and literally glued to your phone and desk, hard to book time off, micromanaged especially on the phones they listen and nit pick all calls which makes you feel like you aren’t qualified for job
