Good benefits, growth opportunities, not bad work culture, They're dedicated to T&D, continuous improvement, and being on the cutting edge of application and workflows.

Cons

The quality of work life can vary based on the behavior of the brokers and management's leadership style.

Pros

Benefits were reasonable, pay was low

Cons

- micromanagement - new management/ directors frequently, trying to prove their worth. They implement changes with goals that are unachievable and tied to bonuses. - sales director is out of touch with current market place. They tell you not to sell on price when that is what the majority of customers care about. - can be hard to book time off because you are basically working in a call centre and only a few people can be off at any given time. - don’t believe in cost of living pay increases. Average raise is 1-3% if you’re lucky but you have to exceed ridiculous expectations to achieve that. - favouritism runs rampant.

Pros

Really great lower and upper management, at least at in my office. Coworkers are awesome. Intense, but thorough three months of paid training. No call ins! Three weeks vacation to start and 3-4 paid personal days. Bonus structure and commissions offer extra money here and there

Cons

Very busy environment, depending on the office you work from and time of year. Base pay could use improvement as it is a mentally draining job. Licensing prep and exam was intense and very demanding. Basically two weeks of cramming with no free time, but work life balance improved significantly after licensing was complete
