Free coffee from old coffee machine . Colleagues are good .

Cons

Micro Management They pay peanuts as salary ; the pressure is NOT WORTH THE SALARY. They do not compensate extra time we spend on calls if we have to . Even if we spend 15 minutes extra out of our shift doing a sale . Colleagues , either they are just crying all the time , many left and many looking for a job outside . Feels like prison . They do not care for some people who are performing well No overtime NEVER recommend this company to anyone !

Large Org with over 220 locations nationally and 4000 employees. Part of the Intact family with the ability to grow your career at Intact and Bel Air in addition to Brokerlink. Largest brokerage nationally. If you want to grow, this is the shop to join!

Cons

None unless you don’t like constant change! Brokerlink has significant growth objectives year over year and it requires them to be constantly innovating and pivoting to customer and market trends. Fun company to work for!
