This is one of the most toxic workplaces I have ever experienced. We are so micromanaged a day in the office feels like a year. We used to have really great managers who went to bat for us, but they have all moved on and now we have no voice. They do a survey every year so they can get feedback, but they don’t listen to the feedback. They just use it to be on Canada top employer list. Once it closes they role out new initiatives they know will upset people. There was a time when we treated our customers like they mattered now it’s just all about the sale. I would not recommend working here to anyone, especially metro region.
