-Coworkers were wonderful to work with. Most were kind, helpful and professional. -Managers went above and beyond to help out trainees. -Lots of opportunity to climb the corporate ladder. -Training was provided in full to prepare for our RIBO exam.

Cons

-Can be fast-paced and overwhelming. -Insurance can be a touchy subject for many so some clients can be very aggressive. -Lots of things to study and remember such as what each insurance company offers, current deals, phone numbers, how certain systems work, etc
