Unattainable bonus structure for inbound service Hybrid work model used as an ultimatum Minimal pay for expectations - currently making less then newly hired employees Lack of internal promotions- most opportunities not even posted internally Unfair treatment of people who need to go overseas to visit family No breaks outside of lunch Micromanagement and constant pressure about targets

Pros

Hours were fine. Training is decent, as are benefits.

Cons

Call centre, but don’t call it that! Clients are super unhappy coming from small service-oriented brokerages to this big conglomerate. If you had a group of clients before, you no longer have them as they are now in the pool with everyone else. Same with calling in, they can’t request you.
