Pros

Everyone is easygoing and supportive. Management has been great so far. Best training program in the industry imo. Staff appreciation events are frequent and fun. Lots of volunteering opportunities. Great benefits. Lots of opportunity to move up. Emphasis on continuing education. Bonuses quarterly.

Cons

- Customers assume you are out to get them and sometimes say some wild stuff. It’s ok to take a minute after those calls. - Yearly raises are low - Salary is low.

Decent benefits, friendly staff/coworkers, and hybrid work environment.

Cons

Benefits are consistently brought up when discussing raises. They give small increases and justify with benefits. Moving up in the company is not nearly as attainable as they make it out to be.
