Benefits, sick time, stock options

Cons

Micromanaged. Call centre environment. Unachievable targets. Heavy workload. Little support from management unless you are their favourite. No employee ownership with “one team”-you rarely talk to the same client more than once and they are likely never going to come into the branch so staff don’t seem to care.

Cons

Company only cares about numbers, even if it doesn’t uphold their “values”. Will allow their employees to deal with no integrity if it gets them more numbers. Fast to push you out if you aren’t a robot.
