You can learn about different sinarios since you can hear every colleague in the office

Cons

Distracting, Loud, Unprofessional when the client can hear your neighbour's, some of which end up cussing since they are venting to a coworker No support from direct manager for people getting verbally abused due to their ethnic backround

Decent compensation, works with top notch companies. Good exposure to the industry.

Cons

They value sales far more than customer service, even in a retention role. Management is unhappy and unapproachable. Things are constantly changing there, no consistency.
