There are so many to even go over but here are some:
- management needs an overhaul, all management heads are friends with each other and with HR which makes it impossible to draw any attention to management problems
- micromanagement is on another level, makes one feel like a child and not a professional adult, everything is monitored and it makes you feel like you are strapped to the desk
- management all have their favorites and they are given advantages over others, if you are not a "favorite" don't expect to go far
- my manager didn't know much about anything, questions would go unanswered or referred to someone else because He/she didn't know
- was made to work Saturdays by myself before management "realized" that this might not be safe
