BrokerLink has lots of resources available for training and career development. Awesome benefits and RRSP matching as well as an employee share program. Top notch use of technology and the managers are all kind and helpful. Their workflow makes doing your job much less stressful.

Cons

Starting salary in some locations is below industry standard.
