Supportive team, low friction, collaborative and flexible work arrangements and good leadership support. Good benefits, particularly for matching of company stock investment in addition to RRSP matching. Opportunities for transition to parent company and subsidiaries as well as internal career development. Diversity and inclusion is evident in team, leadership and organization, as well as in company policies.

Cons

Rapid pace and steep learning curve for frequent company change can be challenging to adapt.
