Pros

The employee atmosphere is very welcoming! Everyone was so nice and easy to work with. With training, they are very patient and they try their best to make sure that you fully understand your job. In addition, they are very willing to help out. I worked remotely from home and was given flexible hours. The company is very professional and handles their customers on an individual-need basis. No customer is treated with disrespect. Their services are easy to use and help is always available if necessary.

Cons

I lived in a different part of the country, so timezone differences made it somewhat difficult to schedule meetings.

Pros

Bromberg offers family-like atmosphere, opportunity for growth and education. Since it’s a small family-owned business, team members are expected to care and be loyal to the company, which is only fair. When you do your job well, show great results and prove that you don’t just count hours, you might start getting perks like flexible schedule and regular bonuses. The owner Jinny Bromberg is accessible and human, one of the most understanding people I’ve worked for with strictly open door policy - employees are allowed to telecommute or take time off if they show due diligence, work ethics and great results. There are very few companies you can take sick days or maternity leave and still be able to work remotely without losing payment. Again, due to the size of the company, every person is treated as a unique and valued individual, not just a number. Everyone is involved, connected and can express their opinion at regular meetings. Some of my best friends are from years working for this company. Team building and tests to figure out the best way to work for you are done on a regular basis, so everyone gets an attentive personalized approach and can find a place in the company that works best for them. Another great perk is that the company is very diverse. You get to meet people from different cultures on a daily basis. It’s a lot of fun and expands your horizon. It’s like the beauty of America is squeezed into one office. We call ourselves Brombergians for a reason. :) The company is truly inclusive, friendly and never discriminates. Holidays are celebrated with dishes from around the world, and big personal events are celebrated with company sponsoring delicious lunch from some of the best Hamtramck places. If you’ve eaten in Hamtramck, you know it’s culinary heaven. Overall a great place to start, develop or change your career.

Cons

Hamtramck gets busy, and some days it's tricky to park close to the office. There's a lot of free street parking though.
