Pros

Don't need any previous skills to work here. People quit so often, there is a good chance for promotions (don't expect a good pay though). Good place to build up some experience, but you are doing something wrong if you stay here longer than 2-3 years.

Cons

Education means nothing here. This could also technically be a pro if you are someone with no education. Pay is on the very low end when compared to other wineries of similar size. Supervisors tend to verbally abuse their cellar workers and treat them unfairly. Favoritism is definitely a factor. If you are going to take a salaried position, make sure you are more than satisfied with the pay, because you will definitely be overworked and likely underpaid. A negative environment.

Great place to work

Pros

Great work structure. Very professional. Operations Manager drives the facility to obtain and maintain good efficiencies and not afraid to jump in and help. Great HR department.

Cons

Sometimes very long work hours depending on your area of responsibility. Not the best pay. No bonuses.
