Pros

Small and friendly team with great relationships across. A culture of applause in which all teams' contributions are recognised. Growing and expanding and with this a culture of passion and excitement. A highly regarded product with a clear roadmap, supported by people very good at what they do. Strong sales and managerial leadership. Involvement in social initiatives.

Cons

Possibly slightly limited progression paths, in large part owing to the still small nature of the team - something that will change as this continues to grow. At times a mild sense of micro-management but this seemed to ease post-acquisition.
