Low pay No growth Higher Executives earn way more than supposed to be in an NPO, just like wikipedia senior executives earn a lot and still begs for pennies to customers.

pulled in many directions, told to keep an eye on staff, which creates a weird power dynamic when this role is only a few grand more than a case manager. Experience really depends on the program and director. Job postings often do not include which program role is for, which also impacts salary, which is changes based on department/specific program.
