Pros

I learned more about how to work with special needs children. I learned more about giving young children more responsibility.

Cons

The school leaders are not supportive of the teachers. The leadership does not value people with innovative ideas. The people in charge do not appreciate workers that "think outside the box". The bosses stifle creativity, are not visionary and are instead very closed minded. They try to make workers feel guilty for taking time off. They do not have a "can do" attitude instead they refer back to (possibly decades ago) when "they were in the classroom". The work is long hard and made dreary and super regulated. The bosses love to watch workers on the cameras and tell workers what they are doing wrong according to what they observe in any moment of the day.
