Pros

Creative freedom Enthusiastic staff Compassionate people Administration supported almost all projects I suggested

Cons

Strict time oversight, punch in with your finger print and tardiness was punished A large non profit with multiple disjointed programs led to confusing and sometimes contradicting direction Focusing on one project at a time was not an option

Pros

PTO, flexibility, no micromanagers, loves helping clients seek affordable and permanent housing.

Cons

Benefits, bureaucracy, gossip, nepotism, then again.. I think it all depends on the site you’re stationed in.
