Co-workers were a great source of support.

Cons

Management was awful. They expected every Case Manager to work 12 hours a day, and wrote people up for minor mistakes. Awful. Definition of a toxic work environment.

You work 8 hrs but just get paid for 7

If an employee works 8 or more consecutive hours, the employer must provide a 30-minute break and an additional 15 minute break for every additional 4 consecutive hours worked. I hope this information was helpful.
