Pros

Okay benefits, mediocre healthcare insurance but still with access to other services like Transit Check, LifeWorks, and retirement savings through Mutual of America.

Cons

No employee appreciation. Upper management only concerned with money, not about employee moral. Corners are cut at employees expense. They don't pay their vendors on time. Poorly organized - simple things like literally getting a new lightbulb take months to get done.

The Salary was fair and you were able to get overtime. They offered a lot of trainings as well.

Cons

No advancement due to minor things like being late a couple of times a.month or taking a day off.
