      a lot of opportunity to learn good and bad. many programs for different experiences, good staff and co-workers. higher salary than comparable organizations

      Cons

      chaotic, administration is not cohesive, no collaboration among departments. low morale at times. inconsistent messages from administration, unclear strategy and future plans. expanding too quickly.

      Decent salary, offers transit benefits.

      Cons

      Terrible management, lack of supervision, incompetent administration, HR are disengaged, biased and off-site. No employment protection. In some cases management/supervisors are verbally abusive and sexist.

      BronxWorks is a solid organization with a lot of hardworking employees. The quality of management varies but the agency is growing and improving.

      Cons

      IT infrastructure could be stronger; lots of lob term employees means lots of long term relationships (good and bad)!
